How to Book ?

Pre-book your studio or room directly online through our simplified booking process.

  • Step 1: SELECT YOUR FLAT & BEDROOM

    On our website you will find many rooms. Each room has its own characteristics in terms of price, location, equipment (air conditioning, gym ...)

  • Step 2: CHECK THE AVAILABILITY

    Two possible options : "AVAILABLE" or "ALREADY BOOKED"

  • Step 3: SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS- 100% ONLINE -

    If the room is still available, send us on WhatsApp or by Email : ALL your administrative documents hereunder :

            - ID Card (double-sided picture), phone number, address

            - Student Card & University acceptation letter

            - Renting Period (Entrance and Exit Date)

  • Step 4: OUR TEAM CHECKS YOUR REQUEST

    ​Meanwhile relax and take care of yourself...

  • Step 5: YOUR FILE IS ACCEPTED

    You pay for the reservation service Always the same price, without surprises : 1 MONTH RENT PRICE.

    THIS IS OFFICIAL, your bedroom is booked ​You will receive confirmation for your booking and service fee payment

  • Step 6: WELCOME ON BOARD 

    For your arrival, we will wait for you to check-in the room and meet your future roommates
