We offer three types of housing options:

Shared apartments with communal kitchen(s) and bathroom(s)

Shared apartments with communal kitchen(s) and a private bathroom

Studios with a private bathroom and a private kitchen

It’s up to you to choose based on your budget and preferences!

We have streamlined the rental process to make it as simple as possible. In most cases, once all required data/documents have been submitted in full by the applicant, the property owners will respond within a few hours.

On our website, room availability is shown in real time for the current period. If you wish to rent for the upcoming academic semester, please contact us directly so we can inform you about the availability of rooms or studios for your preferred dates.

If your application is accepted by the property owners, Valencia House will contact you (via WhatsApp or email), and you will be able to finalize your booking by providing proof of bank transfer.

That's a very good question.

There is an exception to the classics process detailed in the previous answer: in case, our website is already showing the availability for the next academic semester, it will be clearly written on our Home page top ribbon.

Bookings are made via bank transfer. The reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the bank transfer proof by Valencia House.

Yes, you can find our selection of add-ons in the product section of our website. Feel free to add them during your booking process if you have already made your decision. Early selection ensures product availability on your arrival day. You may also inform us of your choices by replying to the welcome email. The selected items will be ready for you at check-in.

To view our add-ons, go to the “Catalogue” tab, then use the “Type” filter and select “Add-on”

You will receive an email during the week prior to your arrival with a checklist to ensure you don't forget anything.

Advice: make sure to check your spam folder in your email inbox regularly.

We will include all necessary details for your arrival, including the address and your scheduled check-in time.

On the day of check-in:

• You will be welcomed by Valencia House

• You will take a tour of the accommodation and complete the check-in inspection

• You will sign your rental agreement

The monthly utility fee is €55. It includes:

• Electricity

• Water

• Gas

• High-speed fiber internet

• Cleaning service for common areas (twice per month)

• Cleaning service for private bathrooms (once per month)

Given the low, negotiated utility fee (€55), tenants are expected to adopt an eco-friendly attitude throughout their stay.

Simply add €55 to the room price displayed on our website to get the full monthly amount including utilities.

The security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
