Cześć! Jestem studentką i od września przyjeżdżam na Erasmusa do Walencji. To pierwszy taki wyjazd w moim życiu, więc nie mam doświadczenia z szukaniem pokoi za granicą.
Przez kilka tygodni szukałam pokoju na idealista, dziennie wysyłałam po kilkadziesiąt zapytań, jednak mało kto na nie odpowiadał, a Ci którzy się odezwali często wydawali się niegodni zaufania. Słyszałam o wielu przypadkach oszustw i ogłoszeniach, które okazywały się być nieprawdziwe. Kiedy w końcu trafiłam na tą agencję z polecenia mojej koleżanki poczułam ulgę, bo wszystko w ogłoszeniu było jasne, a pokój z takimi warunkami nie zdarza się w takiej cenie u prywatnych osób.
Co prawda trzeba tutaj zapłacić więcej za pośredniczenie w wynajmie, ale mimo wszystko warto. Komunikacja z osobą pośrednicząca na WhatsAppie jest świetna, odpowiada na każde pytania (nawet najgłupsze) szybko i jasno. Nie byłam też pospieszana na żadnym etapie. Cieszę się że trafiłam na to ogłoszenie, polecam każdemu!

Hi, I'm a student and I'm coming to Valencia for Erasmus from September. This is the first such trip in my life, so I have no experience of looking for rooms abroad.
I have been looking for a room on idealista for a few weeks, sending dozens of requests a day, but hardly anyone has responded and those who have responded have often seemed untrustworthy. I had heard of many cases of fraud and advertisements that turned out to be untrue. When I finally came across this agency on the recommendation of a friend of mine, I was relieved because everything in the ad was clear and a room with such conditions does not happen at such a price with private people.
Admittedly, you have to pay more for an intermediary rental here, but it is still worth it. Communication with the intermediary on WhatsApp is great, he answers every question (even the stupidest) quickly and clearly. I was also not rushed at any stage. I'm glad I came across this ad, I would recommend it to anyone!

Az őszi félévre kerestünk lakhatást egy barátnőmmel, amikor rátaláltunk a Valencia house team-re. Az oldalukat nagyon könnyű kezelni, minden infó elérhető egyszerűen. Whatsapp-on vettem fel velük a kapcsolatot, még aznap kaptam választ, nagyon segítőkész csapat! Még arra is kaptunk lehetőséget, hogy egy ott élő ismerősünk elmenjen és megnézze a szobákat, amik teljesen megfeleltek a képeken látottaknak.
Pár nap levelezés után sikerült is lefoglalnunk az álomszobákat.

We were looking for accommodation for the autumn semester with a friend of mine when we came across the Valenciahouse team. Their website is very easy to use, all the information is readily available. I contacted them via WhatsApp and received a reply the very same day – they are a really helpful team! They even gave us the opportunity to have a friend of ours, who lives there, go and check the rooms in person, and they looked exactly like in the pictures.
After just a few days of correspondence, we managed to book our dream rooms.

Hoewel ik nog niet gearriveerd ben in mijn studio, kan ik nu alvast zeggen dat het boekingsproces ontzettend makkelijk en fijn is verlopen. Ik kon eigenlijk niet geloven dat er écht geen verborgen kosten bijkomen, omdat er online zo ontzettend veel scammers actief zijn. Je betaalt bij Valencia House wel servicekosten (gelijk aan één maand huur). Maar eerlijk gezegd had ik dat er wel voor over. Want zo van een afstand (en zonder mogelijkheid om eventjes te gaan bezichtigen) is het nog veel lastiger om een woonruimte te vinden. Ik vind de medewerkers op Whatsapp en mail mega snel reageren en Enzo nam al mijn twijfels weg (ik was echt huiverig en stelde wel 100 vragen) haha! Over een paar dagen arriveer ik en hoop ik dat alles natuurlijk net zo soepel zal verlopen. Tot dusver ben ik erg tevreden!

Although I haven't arrived at my studio yet, I can already say that the booking process was incredibly easy and pleasant. I couldn't believe that there really weren't any hidden costs, because there are so many scammers online. Valencia House does charge a service fee (equivalent to one month's rent). But honestly, I was willing to pay that. Because from a distance (and without the possibility to go and view the property), it's even more difficult to find a place to live. I find that the staff responds very quickly on WhatsApp and email, and Enzo dispelled all my doubts (I was really hesitant and asked about 100 questions) haha! I'll be arriving in a few days and I hope that everything will go just as smoothly. So far, I'm very satisfied!

My stay with Valencia house was great, they were responsive, very helpful and didn’t mess me around at all which can happen! They had me sorted from day one and everything was streamlined. I would definitely recommend using them for your stay in Valencia to make things easier for yourself.

Rezerwacja pokoju z Valencia House, była bardzo prosta i bez problemowa. Osoba kontaktowa jest bardzo pomocna, odpowiada na wszystkie pytania, opcja zameldowania jest bardzo elastyczna dzięki czemu nie musiałam dopłacać za dodatkowy miesiąc chcąc zostać kilka dni dłużej. Bardzo polecam!

Booking a room with Valencia House was very easy and hassle-free. The contact person was very helpful and answered all my questions. The check-in options were very flexible, so I didn't have to pay extra for an extra month if I wanted to stay a few days longer. I highly recommend it!

A szoba tiszta és rendezett volt, ahogy a képeken is kinézett, azt kaptam, amire számítottam. A lakás többi része is meglehetősen rendben volt, minden működött, fél évig tökéletes otthont nyújtott, a takarítószolgálat is szépen dolgozott, nagyon kedvesek is voltak. Megbízható közvetítő, ajánlom másoknak is.

The room was clean and well-maintained, as it seemed on the pictures, I got what I expected. The other parts of the apartment were fine enough as well, everything was functioning, it provided a perfect home for half a year, the cleaning service was doing a great job too and was very nice. It's a reliable agency, I recommend to others as well.

Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über alle wichtigen Bestandteile. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Der Ein- und Auszug sind unkompliziert abgelaufen und die Agentur hat immer schnell geantwortet und sich um Probleme gekümmert. Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ist ideal um schnell an den Strand zu kommen. Direkt in der Umgebung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants und Bars. Die Gegend ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen und der Turia Park ist fußläufig erreichbar.Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden.

The accommodation is spacious and includes all the essential amenities. The rooms are very bright and modernly furnished. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward, and the agency always responded quickly and addressed any issues. I really liked the location, which is ideal for quick access to the beach. There are shopping opportunities and various restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The area is well connected to public transportation, and Turia Park is within walking distance.Overall, I was very satisfied.

Престоят ми във Valencia house беше запомнящо се преживяване, за което съм много благодарна. Въпреки че резервацията ми беше несигурна, защото все още бях в България и нямаше как да видя стаята си наживо, апартаментът покри очакванията ми.Агенцията ме посрещна коректно, нямаше проблеми с подписването на договора и депозита. Плаща се месечно чрез банков превод.А относно преживяването ми, срещнах уникални хора, с които създадохме незабравими спомени и истински дълготрайни приятелства. Съжителството с толкова различни хора от цял свят и на различни възрасти ме обогати културно и съм много щастлива за тази възможност.Силно препоръчвам за Еразъм програми или за краткотраен престой във Валенсия като цяло. Радвам се, че избрах да прекарам първата си университетска година точно там.

My stay at Valencia house was a memorable experience for which I am very grateful. Despite my uncertain reservation, as I was still in Bulgaria and couldn't see my room in person, the apartment was up to my expectations. The agency greeted me properly, there were no problems with signing the contract and the deposit. Payment is made monthly via bank transfer.Regarding my experience, I met unique people with whom we created unforgettable memories and true long-lasting friendships. Living with such different people from all over the world and of different ages enriched me culturally, and I am very happy for this opportunity.I highly recommend it for Erasmus programs or for a short stay in Valencia as a whole. I am glad I chose to spend my first university year there.

Das Buchen der Wohnung war sehr einfach und stressfrei. Die Fotos auf der Website haben genau gepasst, und die Wohnung sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern.Während meines 5-monatigen Aufenthalts hatte ich weder mit dem Vermieter noch mit meinen Nachbarn oder Mitbewohnern nie Probleme und die Wohnung war ein echtes Zuhause für mich.Das zuständige Team hat mir auch immer sehr geholfen und waren dabei immer nett und vor allem sehr schnell im Antworten bei all meinen Fragen. Der Vertrag war deutlich fairer als bei den meisten Anbietern (vor allem für ERASMUS-Leute) und ich kann hierüber ein Zimmer zu mieten nur empfehlen. 

Valencia House tarjoaa hinta-laatu suhteeltaan hyviä asuntoja Valenciassa. Asuntojen etsiminen netin välityksellä on aina pelottavaa, mutta nämä asunnot ovat olemassa. Kuvat ovat aidot ja kommunikaatio yrityksen välillä sujui mutkitta. Kun varasin asuntoa, en ollut täysin varma sen olemassa olosta, mutta paikalle päästyäni olin helpottunut löytäessäni oikean asunnon! Vaihto-opintoihin nämä asunnot ovat loistavia eikä minulla ollut asumiseen liittyen mitään murheita koko vaihtoaikanani.

Valencia House is offering good rooms for affordable prices. Looking for rooms/apartments online is always daunting but I can assure that these apartments do really exist. The pictures are legit and communication with the agency is effortless and fast. To be honest, when I was renting this apartment from Finland, I wasn’t completely sure that it existed but when I arrived in Valencia I was so relieved to find a real house! For exchange studies, these apartments are perfect and I didn’t have any housing related problems during my entire stay in Valencia!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona ze współpracy z Valencia House, która umożliwiła mi wynajęcie pokoju na jeden miesiąc, a znalezienie lokum na tak krótki czas nie było łatwe. Dziękuję za sprawny przebieg procesu zakwaterowania, pomoc oraz możliwość stałego kontaktu w razie jakichkolwiek pytań. Wynajmowane przez mnie studio było dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach i mieszkanie tam było komfortowe.Valencia house znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie jest blisko.

Franchement je recommande à 100%. Ma chambre était vraiment sympa, conforme aux photos, de l'agence est réactive. J'avais des craintes lors de ma recherche d'appart car il y a beaucoup de scams à Valencia. mais ici ce n'est pas le cas. Je recommande.

Jeg har boet et semester (forår 2023) i en super fin lejlighed administreret af Valencia House. Da vi skulle ansøge var de hurtige om at svare og meget forstående overfor vores bekymringer, da vi havde hørt om andre studerende der var blevet snydt. Heldigvis så kan man stole på Valencia House, og de har gennem hele mit ophold været gode til at svare og til at finde løsninger hvis problemer har været opstået i lejligheden. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dem nok! Lejlighederne er super fine og ligger i et godt område tæt på universitetet, stranden og centrum. Som et ekstra plus er priserne også super gode - vi boede billigere end mange andre studerende. Super god oplevelse, jeg kan 100% anbefale at leje et værelse gennem Valencia House.

De plus, pour les étudiants Erasmus ou étrangers c’est un fonctionnement très juste avec son système de réservation de place, permettant de ne pas payer un loyer et une caution à l’aveugle. Une équipe dynamique, multilingue en rechercher constante d’amélioration de ses services avec une constance dans la qualité de ses prestations. Pour finir, tous les produits proposés sont rénovés, de bonne qualité pour s’y sentir bien.

Das Verfahren ein Zimmer in #Greenbuilding zu buchen war sehr angenehm. Man hat sofort Antworten auf seine Fragen bekommen und das Prinzip hinter der ganzen Buchung war recht klar. Natürlich ist man erstmal skeptisch, wenn man nur Modelle von den Räumen sieht und nicht richtige Fotos, aber durch die Garantie, dass das Gebäude gerade erst fertiggestellt wird und der größte Teil des Betrages erst bei Einzug gezahlt werden muss, macht es das ganze recht glaubwürdig. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen diese Art der Unterkunft zu versuchen, da das Konzept sehr zukunftsorientiert ist und man so gute Gemeinschaft erleben kann.

In my instance I was an international student from the United States, stressing about locating apartments in another country. However, Valencia House’s nonchalant, patient, and empathetic demeanor alleviated any doubts right away. Ich kann Valencia House nur weiterempfehlen! Das Team ist sehr zuverlässig, kompentent und war jederzeit bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir mit meinen Anliegen weiterzuhelfen. Die Wohnung und mein Zimmer waren zweckmäßig und schön, die Nachbarschaft angenehm ruhig und sehr nah am Meer , was die Lage ziemlich cool macht! Auch bei meiner vorzeitigen Abreise wegen der Coronakrise war Valencia House überaus hilfsbereit, wofür ich in dieser Situation sehr dankbar war.

Apartamenti bija ļoti labi iekārtoti, ar visam nepieciešamām vajadzībām, ka arī perfektu lokalizāciju 3min attāluma no metro, tuvu universitātei un netālu no jūras.  

 Aģentūras darbinieki ļoti atsaucīgi un vienmēr gatavi palīdzēt ar jebkādiem jautājumiem vai problēmām.

 Noteikti, varu ieteikt šos apartamentus kā perfektu izvēli! :)

Το καλύτερο μεσιτικό πρακτορείο στη Βαλένθια. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και με βοήθησε πάρα πολύ κατά τη διαμονή μου εκεί. Επίσης, ήταν οι μόνοι που ενέκριναν τη διαμονή  μου για το πολύ σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα που ήθελα. Τους ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα  και εννοείται το συνιστώ σε οποιοδήποτε θέλει να μεινει σε ένα ευχάριστο και μοντερνο περιβάλλον, με ολες τις ανεσεις, σε μια πολυ προσιτή τιμή!

Quelques craintes lors de ma réservation, car l'agence est récente ! Mais au final, tout s'est très bien passé. L'agence est réactive et l'appartement "Valls" est mieux en vrai que sur les photos ! Un super Erasmus "a tope" :)

Mi ritengo fortunato ad aver incontrato durante le mie ricerche per un appartamento Valencia House. Sono seri professionali e disponibilissimi, specialmente Enzo che mi ha aiutato passo dopo passo nella mia prenotazione e adesso sono contento di vivere in uno dei loro splendidi appartamenti con 4  ragazzi europei.
